1. Overcome representation barriers
If you′re not in China yet, ECS gives you a representative office. If you already have such an office, ECS upgrades it to a real company by letting you use our trade/service/manufacturing rights. You can run a Chinese company without need for investment or long term commitment.

2. Recruitment of Chinese engineers and middle management
Finding the right employees, especially technically skilled ones with a multinational background, is difficult. We are experienced in this type of business and help you locate your new colleagues within weeks.

3. Trading/sourcing
You might not have a trading license yet, but do want to trade. ECS can buy/sell in RMB, and also consolidate your products in our bonded/non-bonded warehouses to centralize purchasing. Furthermore, we can help you to source in other cities by hiring a purchasing/quality engineer for you.

4. Regional offices (sales/purchase/representation)
If you want to extend your arm reach in China, we offer your employees work places in other cities. You don′t have to open a new office, but simply rent a fully equipped desk. We do this in Shanghai, Beijing, Ningbo and Shenzhen. It′s more cost effective, saves a lot of administrative hassle and is very flexible (opening/closing within a month).

5. Bookkeeping according to Western principles
A lot of European companies struggle with translating the bookkeeping to a Western model. Difficulties to present the books to the European headquarters are common. ECS is experienced in taking over the whole accounting function in a company, but also in just translating the books to a European style.
